Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-05

This policy explains how to cancel a subscription and when you can get your money back. It applies to purchases of SVGized, operated by AKIO LLC.

Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who is the merchant of record and therefore the seller. Refunds are issued through them, to the payment method you used.

1. Try before you pay

You do not have to buy anything to find out whether the output is good enough. The free plan converts your own image and shows the finished vector at full zoom, including how it separates into colour layers. What the paid plan adds is the ability to download the files.

We mention this first because it is the honest way to avoid a refund request: check the result on your own artwork before you subscribe.

2. 14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a charge. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies to your first payment on a new subscription and to one-off purchases. Write to info@svgized.com with the email address you used, and we will arrange it with Paddle.com Market Ltd.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You will receive a receipt for every charge.

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise and you have not used the service in that period, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it. We would rather return the money than keep a payment from someone who no longer wants the service.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Use the link in any receipt from Paddle.com Market Ltd, or write to info@svgized.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not immediately remove your access: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that your account returns to the free plan. Your account is not deleted by cancelling.

5. If we withdraw a feature

If we discontinue a paid feature while you are actively paying for it, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rated refund covering the unused part of your current period, regardless of the 14-day window.

6. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

Consumer law in the EU and the UK gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that start immediately, that right can be waived — and you may be asked to agree to immediate access at checkout.

Our 14-day policy above is offered on its own terms and applies whether or not you waived the statutory right. It does not reduce any statutory right you have.

7. Abuse

We may decline a refund where the account shows deliberate abuse — for example repeated subscribe-download-refund cycles, or circumventing quotas. This is rare and we will explain the reason if it happens.

8. Timing

Once a refund is approved it is issued to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically a few business days but can take longer.

9. Contact
